Pickup Details:

• Scheduling: Available Monday to Saturday, with flexible time slots.

• Preparation: Ensure items are accessible for pickup.

FAQs

  • No. Unfortunately, we cannot accept mattresses, box springs, or bedding for hygienic and regulatory reasons.

  • We accept gently used tables, chairs, sofas, dressers, bookshelves, and other household furniture in clean, functional condition. Items should be free of major damage like broken frames or heavy stains.

  • Yes, as long as it's clearly labeled and all parts are included. Disassembled furniture must still be in good condition and easy to transport.

  • Yes, but please ensure:

    • There’s elevator access (if needed)

    • The item fits through hallways/doors

    • You’re available to assist with building access on the scheduled day

  • We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially during busy seasons. We’ll confirm availability after reviewing your form.
